Francisco Fernandez del Castillo, founder of Del Castillo Law, is a highly experienced attorney licensed by the Supreme Court of Illinois. He specializes in employment law and civil rights cases, representing clients in matters such as sexual harassment, race discrimination, wage theft, police misconduct, and other workplace injustices. Francisco is committed to holding employers, corporations, and law enforcement accountable for violations of individual rights.
Francisco earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was awarded a prestigious Dean’s Scholarship. His career began at the renowned law firm Boies Schiller Flexner, where he worked on complex litigation and appellate cases. Later, as a Civil Rights Attorney at the Mexican American Legal Defense & Educational Fund (MALDEF), he passionately advocated for marginalized communities and gained significant expertise in civil rights litigation.
With a proven track record of success, Francisco has taken and defended depositions, drafted motions and briefs for critical hearings, and skillfully represented clients in settlement negotiations. His bilingual proficiency in Spanish enables him to serve diverse communities and provide exceptional representation to Spanish-speaking clients.
